Mintex Brake Pads & Shoes Your ZF Trading North America/ Mintex disc brake pads and brake shoes are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 15,000 miles, whichever comes first. This limited warranty is not transferable. Replacement Guidelines 1. Purchase product through an authorized ZF Trading North America/ Mintex distributor or installer. 2. Save original receipt. 3. Should you need to replace this product, return your worn out or alleged defective parts, along with a copy of your original sales receipt, to your original point of purchase or an authorized ZF Trading North America/ Mintex distributor or installer. This warranty does not include labor or cover the cost of any additional components and labor required to restore the brake system to proper operating condition. This warranty applies to American and import cars, vans and light trucks. It does not apply to vehicles used for security or government use, off-highway recreational use, 4-wheel drive off-highway competition, and fleet or commercial use. See ZF Trading North America/ Mintex Security and Government Use, Off-Highway Recreation Use, 4 Wheel Drive Off-Highway Competition Use, and Fleet/Commercial use vehicle Limited Brake Warranty. This warranty is null and void if the installed ZF Trading North America/ Mintex disc brake pads or brake shoes have been misused, misapplied, contaminated, or is not a correct application in accordance with the ZF Trading North America/ Mintex brake systems parts catalog. Additionally, this warranty is null and void if the installed disc brake pads or brake shoes have been damaged from malfunctioning hydraulic parts, worn rotors, worn brake drums, worn or broken brake hardware and/or accident. The foregoing states ZF Trading North America/ Mintex‘s entire and exclusive liability for any claim, including claims arising out of a breach of any implied warranties, in connection with the sale of the friction materials hereunder. ZF Trading North America/ Mintex brakes shall in no event be liable for any special or consequential damages whatsoever. Obligations under this warranty shall expire 12 months or 15,000 miles from date of purchase. No person is authorized by ZF Trading North America or Mintex to modify or add to this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
